The piece symbolises the eternal superiority of nature over humanity. Most scientists believe that after the human race goes extinct, life on Earth will carry on existing in one form or another. Our constant efforts to overpower, suppress and take advantage of our natural environment will sooner or later have one outcome - we will be gone and Nature will still be here.
